Since October 2021, when the Android 12 was officially released, most smartphone manufacturers are toiling hard to offer Android 12-based upgrades for their custom Android skins. Realme, for example, has released Realme UI 3.0, which is based on Android 12 and is now in beta testing. Other companies, such as Samsung, OnePlus, and Xiaomi, are focused on their own Android 12 beta programs.
Similarly, OPPO has finally released ColorOS 12 in the global market based on Android 12. The latest version includes a slew of cosmetic enhancements and builds on Android 12’s privacy features. However, as we just discovered via a Twitter post, OPPO has released comprehensive data of the completed and ongoing version updates, and release dates on their respective smartphones.
Given the data shared via the Twitter page the ColorOS 12 based on Android 12 will be officially roll-out in June this year, in the timeline and countries:
For WEU, the official version is still ongoing for the following smartphones and countries: Reno4 Pro 5G, Reno4 5G, and A74 5G in France Italy, and Spain. While it has been completed for Find X3 Pro 5G, Find X3 Neo 5G, and Find X3 Lite 5G in Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom.
However, the ColorOS 12 based on the Android 12 beta version is expected to be rolled out on 23rd June 2022 on Reno7 Z 5G in Indonesia and F21 Pro 5G in India. Likewise, Reno7 5G, A96, and K10 will be released in India from 15th June, while 28th June will be for Reno 10x Zoom in India and 29th June is for A76 also in India.
