According to Bloomberg’s reports, God of War: Ragnarok will not be postponed further and will probably be released in November this year. Three unnamed people acquainted with the game’s development are believed to have provided this information. The God of War Ragnarok’s official release date is expected to be revealed this month.

The assumption was made that the game had already been delayed to 2023 after the game’s absence from Sony’s June 2 State of Play and the game’s absence from the Summer Game Fest presentation on June 9. Although a rumor came out earlier this week claiming that the game had been postponed until 2023, this is still the case. So, the fans predicted that the game would be moved to next year.

Reports claim the God of War Ragnarok release in November this year

God of War Ragnarök, the sequel to the critically acclaimed 2018 game God of War, was initially scheduled to launch in 2021 but was postponed until the second quarter of 2022. The disappearance of God of War Ragnarök from last week’s State of Play and Thursday’s Summer Game Fest has stoked speculation about a postponement.

According to reporter Jason Schreier, “three sources familiar with the game’s development” said the game will be released in November. Although this news has caused some fans to be concerned, it appears that the project is still on track to be released on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 systems prior to the end of this year.

The Norse revamp for the legendary action franchise continues with God of War: Ragnarok, and a gameplay preview revealed a similar blend of fantasy battle and family strife. The game will include Thor for the first time and some intriguing modifications to the action mechanics.

The official release for God of War: Ragnarök remains a matter of considerable curiosity since Sony has yet to make a definite announcement.
