As we just discovered via a tweet from the popular reliable tech leaker, it seems the Chinese tech giant, Xiaomi, is preparing to release the next generation smart band – the Xiaomi Band 7 in the global market soon.
According to the leaker, the upcoming Xiaomi Band 7 has visited multiple certification centers for verification. The smart band was spotted on the TDRA certification websites and the NCC websites.
As per the reports, the smart band is expected to come in two versions Band 7 and Band 7 NFC. Xiaomi normally releases a new generation of Mi Band smart wristbands in China first, then globally after. Therefore, the two versions should be expected soon.
Xiaomi Band 7 Specifications
The Xiaomi Band 7 has a pill-shaped display and a black silicone band. The fitness band also has a magnetic charger that charges the phone at a rate of 10 watts, according to the photos. Furthermore, according to the NCC listing, the global model would include a 180 mAh battery.
The display of the Band 7 is a 1.62-inch AMOLED touchscreen. The screen has a resolution of 192 490 pixels and a maximum brightness of 500 nits. Similarly, the Band 7’s display has a pixel density of 326 PPI. It also features a feature called Always-on Display (AoD).
Users of Xiaomi’s smart band 7 can choose from a selection of watch faces. Xiaomi claims that the smart bracelet would be able to display over 100 distinct faces. There are health-related functions like heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, SpO2 monitoring, menstrual cycle tracking, and more.
Over 120 training and exercise modes, including four professional sports modes, are supported by the smart band. The Mi Band 7 could make its debut in India during the Smarter Living 2022 event later this year. Given the certificate, the new smart is expected to launch soon.
