After the serendipitous run into the new venture, the Kojima Productions has now announced that it will keep the bond with PlayStation following yesterday’s announcement that the studio is teaming up with Microsoft for a production of a new game. Official Kojima Productions Twitter account highlighted that Kojima is an unconventional studio and “it has very good collaboration with PlayStation”. The statement further explained, ” As an independent creative studio, Kojima Productions will continue pursuing work on creations for our fans,”

“We will explore various possibilities with games, movies, and music through platforms that evolve with time and technology. We look forward to your continued support!”

As fans went flabbergasted after the tumultuous announcement made by the Kojima Productions, they demanded a further explanation from the team. To make it more idiosyncratic, in a follow-up tweet, the company stated, “After the announcement of our partnership with Microsoft using the cloud technology, many people have asked us about our collaboration with Sony Interactive Entertainment. “Please be assured that we continue to have a very good partnership with PlayStation as well”.

The tweet exhibits the response to some fan’s solicitousness over Kojima’s bonding with PlayStation in the wake of the proliferating announcement.

“There is a game I have always wanted to make,” Kojima explained.

“It’s a completely new game, one that no one has ever experienced or seen before. I’ve waited very long for the day when I could finally start to create it.

Kojima studio always wanted to make a game with Xbox clouds for a while, but couldn’t meet up with the standards due to various technical limitations but now the team has taken the lighting blade in their hands, and it will pass through all the odds and make it work.
