Of all the Xiaomi smartphones, the Xiaomi 12 is one of the most remarkable devices of the brand. The device was first introduced in December last year in China. The Xiaomi 12 stand is unique for coming in different series ranging from Pro to X, distinguishing itself from its predecessor.
Afterwards, earlier this year, the brand introduced another model of the series – the Xiaomi 12 Ultra in collaboration with the Leica camera to offer users an exciting camera experience.
However, as we just discovered via a Twitter post, it seems the Chinese smartphone giant, Xiaomi is gearing up to unveil another new series of the 12 family – the Xiaomi 12s 5G. The upcoming Xiaomi 12s 5G with the model number 2206123SC was spotted on the Geekbench website for certification.
Xiaomi 12s 5G Expected Specifications
The smartphone is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ chip processor and comes in 6.55 inches size the display is an OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It provides 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and 402 PPI.
In terms of the camera, the device sports a 50MP main rear camera in collaboration with LEICA + 8 MP (ultrawide) + 5 MP (macro) sensor lenses. The front camera has a 16 MP (wide) sensor. The device is equipped with a 12GB Ram and will be available in different Rom.
The device is expected to be equipped with sensors such as optical under-display fingerprint (under display, optical), accelerometer, gyro, and compass + Virtual proximity sensing, and fueled by a non-removable Li-Po 4500 mAh battery + Fast charging 67W + Power Delivery 3.0 + Quick Charge 4+.
For the operating system, the upcoming smartphones run on Android 12 + MIUI 13 providing smooth operation of the device and ensuring user friendly. Additionally, the device is rumored to be available in Black and Blue colors.
Hence, no official launch date has been confirmed yet by the mobile brand, as the device was just spotted on the Geekbench website revealing its specifications only.
