Over the years, Instagram has been known for its commitment to ensuring users’ convenience through the introduction of friendly features to enhance users’ experience.

Instagram Reels is one of the platform’s most popular and intriguing features. The feature was first launched in 2020, and since then, the firm has been adding more ecstatic particles to improve the user experience.

Back in April, this year, we reported that the social networking service rolls out 90-second long Reels similar to the TikTok feature of 3 minutes. Although, when the Reels were launched, the videos were just 15 seconds long. Though, with the 90-second long upgrading, it is now commendable.

However, as we just discovered in a Twitter post from the popular reliable Instagram leaker, the firm is currently working on a templates browser for the Reels. Once the new features templates browser feature is rolled up users will be able to replace the clips in these reels with their photos and videos.

Besides, the firm is also reportedly working on adding a new subscribed tab. Here users will be able to find what they know through their contacts under the new subscribed tab.

Instagram Reels allow users to share their reels via direct message, on the story, or to a dedicated space on the Explore page. Likewise, Reels appear on the Explore page, just like TikTok videos, people who don’t even follow you will be able to view your reels. This means that whether you have a large-sized audience or not, your clips can be discovered by the wider community – purely based on engagement.

Additionally, Reels can be created by uploading videos from your collection or by recording a sequence of clips one at a time. By pressing and holding the capture button, you can record the first clip. As you record, a progress bar will display at the top of the screen.
