Over the years, the American social media giant Snapchat has been known for its commitment to ensuring users’ convenience through the introduction of friendly features to enhance users’ experience.

Maintaining these standards toward a goal of overlaying the physical world with digital objects, the social network services is reportedly working on a new feature that lets creators makes on voice notes transcription.

In a tweet by the popular reliable tipster, revealed that Snapchat is working on voice notes transcription. According to the leaker the new feature is named “Transcripts.” Though, the feature is till underdevelopment and will be deploy soon.

However, this feature is fascinating as it allows one’s friends to read the content of your voice note instead of listening to it. Accordingly, with the Transcripts, your friends can read the content of your voice note instead of listening to it.

Meanwhile, the new feature, once deploy on the app users will be able to access it at the Settings by clicking on Additional Services. Here, users will tap “Turn On” to allow their voice notes to be transcribed when received by friends. Likewise, users can also turn this off anytime by going to the same Settings at Additional Services.

Recall that earlier this year, the social network services rolled out the “Custom Landmarkers” feature that allows users to turn local landmarks into augmented reality (AR) experiences. The feature is one of the platform’s most popular and intriguing features as the Landmarks function enables creators to convey richer tales about their communities through AR by allowing them to anchor Lenses to local locations.

Therefore, when this Transcript feature is officially rolling out Snapchat will be at the top edge among its competitors as none of them didn’t have these feature in their various apps.
