Before Sony made its formal announcement, several of the July 2022 PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games might’ve been leaked. The information was provided by Push Square, from the source BlackBate, a Resetera user who has a history of correctly predicting releases.

A few games that were scheduled to be included in the top tier of PlayStation Plus coming weeks could have surfaced, revealing further PlayStation Plus titles for July. Despite the fact that this isn’t the whole lineup of games coming to the service for July month, it includes various Assassin’s Creed titles, along with Final Fantasy and Saints Row, and other well-known series.

Here are some of the titles PS Plus Extra and premium players may anticipate this month:

  • Stray (Confirmed officially)
  • Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade + FF7R Episode Intermission
  • Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag
  • Assassin’s Creed Unity
  • Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered
  • Assassin’s Creed Freedom Cry
  • Assassin’s Creed The Ezio Collection
  • Saints Row 4: Re-Elected

Moreover, as the leaker claims that this is only a portion of the titles, there may be further releases in the upcoming month. As a result, the PS Plus Games may expand quite a little. Several Assassin’s Creed titles are included, which means that Ubisoft+ games could be included in the PS Plus Extra and Premium releases in July.

The PS Plus Essential functions like the basic version of the services, whereas Extra and Premium provide a large selection of titles that are available for download and perhaps even cloud streaming. The PlayStation Plus Premium releases are a little more flexible than the monthly free games on PlayStation Plus Essential.

The perks of the former PS Plus service are carried over to the Essential membership category. Each month, it features free PS4 and PS5 games. Additionally, there is accessibility to multiplayer games and game shop benefits. Although the messages are supported by a reliable source, Sony has not yet officially announced any further PlayStation Plus games, thus they are currently only rumors.
