Lenovo Legion Y70 will sport an HDR10+ smartphone

The Lenovo Legion Y70 smartphone is around the corner, and the launch of the handset is rumored to be somewhere in October 2022. The smartphone is packed with a potent Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor. The handset features a 6.7 inches (17.02 cm)AMOLED Display and offers a 1080 x 2400 pixels screen resolution.

The phone has a coruscating outlook which potentially allows the processor under the hood to get going with the flow. Today, well-known digital blogger Mukul Sharma shared a picture that indicates Lenovo Legion Y70 will be an HDR10+ certified smartphone.

HDR10+ is a revamped concept of HDR, which persistently provides much more deliverance of brightness and contrast, plus more true to colors and detail. Moreover the HDR10+ works entirely different from HDR10. It transmits metadata, which offers TVs to bring up color and brightness levels frame-by-frame.

HDR10 aims to emit 1000 nits of peak brightness. On the other hand, HDR 10+ supports up to 4000 nits. This makes certain the picture quality in the machine looks more realistic. As it comes on the line with the Lenovo Legion Y70, the smartphone will become more powerful with all these features combined. In terms of a battery source, the phone is backed by a 4880 mAh battery.

The handset runs on Android version 12. On the camera front, the smartphone features a Single camera module carrying a 50 MP + 13 MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone sports a 16 MP selfie shooter for beautiful portraits. The Lenovo Legion Y70 arrives with up to 8 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.
