Google search has a range of features inventory on its shelves to make it a more versatile platform for its users. What if the users of the powerful, multifaceted search engine found themselves searching for a simple yet imperative simple tool timer feature? It has gone nowhere but not on the platform.

Years back now, users have started using a plain sailing way to set a timer in Google. The company’s built-in timer offers users to simply search and set a timer. But, what was happened lately is not a welcome sign for its users, the feature has unfathomably disappeared.

Aren’t we sure about the sprouted questions about Google’s latest errors, yet the most pristine platform is redirecting its users to third-party apps and websites when they try to set a timer on Google? Google’s built-in time offers users to run to the search engine and complete a search inquiry to set up a timer.

For instance, if a user needed a 10-minute timer, they could easily type “set 10-minute timer” and Google would take care of the rest. This issue has already started to hover around the internet before it began to outburst. According to SEORoundTable, the first complaint about the disappearance of this feature began boarding last month. Some users noticed the feature has gone and took this news to social media.

It was no longer after that Google’s public search liaison Danny Sullivan admitted the issue on July 20th. While replying to a tweet on the issues, he said, “I’ll check on it.” after a few days, Sullivan followed up and confirmed an inspection had been going on. Considering this fact, Google may be encountering a bug. Perhaps, the feature which was stuck between the rocks would need some time to get fixed, and also, if Google intentionally removed the feature from the engine, it would be partially considered fancy gameplay. Let’s hope this tiny feature return to the engine sooner or later.
