Last month, the popular Apple Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo revealed in his latest survey that India will ship the new iPhone 14 6.1 inches simultaneously with China for the first time in the year’s second half.

Ming-Chi Kuo disclosed this via its official Twitter page, pointing out that Foxconn’s iPhone production site in India was one quarter or more behind in the past. Apple is trying to reduce the geopolitical impacts on supply and sees the Indian market as the next key growth driver.

However, in his today’s survey, the popular Apple Analyst has revealed that Apple’s iPhone production site in India will be simultaneously producing the upcoming iPhone 15 alongside China next year, 2023.

According to him, the iPhone 14’s mass production schedule in India this year is still about six weeks behind China, but the gap has improved significantly. Therefore, it is reasonable to expect that India and China will be able to produce the new iPhone 15 at the same time next year.

Anyway, it is no longer news that the official launch date of the new iPhone 14 series has been scheduled for September 7th, 2022. The launch event is expected to hold virtually as it was since the emergence of the novel coronavirus, however, it is foreseen to be streamed live from Apple Park and Youtube channels.

The iPhone 14 series is expected to launch with other Apple products like Apple Watch, AirPods Pro, iPad, and AR/VR headset come next week. The smartphones have four models, two standard and two pro models, with Apple discontinuing its current 5.4-inch “mini” model and replacing it with two new, larger 6.7-inch regular iPhone models.

Therefore, the next iPhone 15 series coming next year are believed to receive more substantial improvements over all the previous iPhone models. Thus, stay connected with TechGenyz as we bring you the latest updates in the tech world.
