Earlier this year, the Chinese multinational technology company Vivo introduced its premium V-series – the V25 in the Chinese market. The device comes in three series the Vivo V25 and Vivo V25 Pro were first launched, and the vanilla V25 5G was later unveiled in Thailand.
Recently, the mobile brand has confirmed launching a new V-series smartphone in the Indian market. According to the brand, the new V-series, V25 5G, will debut soon in India, probably ending this month or next month.
Ahead of the official announcement, the first look of the upcoming Vivo V25 has been revealed by the popular, reliable mobile leaker via its official Twitter page. The leaked images show that the new V-series featured a non-slippery, smudge-resistant rear and a sturdy frame.
Vivo V25 5G Specs
Given the earlier reports, the new Vivo V25 5G is expected to feature a 50MP eye autofocus front camera inside the water drop notch and a Bokeh Flare Portrait mode, which is said to deliver natural and dreamlike bokeh as confirmed by the Flipkart microsite.
Likewise, the device sporty a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and offers 8GB of RAM at least and comes with 8GB of Extended RAM support. A flat frame and a Full HD+ cover the screen with a weight of about 186 grams and are 7.79mm thick.
For this upcoming Indian variant, a 4500 mAh battery with 44W fast charging support out of the box powered the device’s battery capacity. The MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC takes care of the performance unit. For the camera, a triple-camera setup with a 64 MP main camera with OIS support, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. In addition, the device will run Android 12-based Funtouch OS 12 out of the box.
Availability and Pricing
As confirmed by the Flipkart microsite, the device will launch in two colors – black and blue and have a Fluorite AG glass with color-changing technology. However, MySmartPrice exclusively revealed that the device would be launched in two storage options 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB.
As for the pricing no official confirmation yet, but based on the earlier released series, the upcoming Indian variant of V25 5G is expected to be priced below Rs 30,000.
