However, today the mobile brand has now confirmed the launching of another K10 series smartphone – the OPPO K10x.

The new OPPO K10x is a cheaper model in the Oppo K10 series, and the device is expected to be officially announced on September 16th in the Chinese market. The new OPPO K10 lineup has some fascinating features and designs that make the device stand out from the earlier series. Now, let’s take a look at them.

An image shared by the popular, reliable mobile leaker via its Twitter page shows that the new OPPO K10 lineup features an LCD panel with a punch-hole positioned at its top-left corner.

Likewise, the teaser image shows two colors for the phone and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, which looks similar to the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G. Also, the screen carries support for a 120Hz refresh rate with a 3.5mm audio jack, Superlinear speaker.

OPPO K10x Specs

The new smartphone features a 6.59-inch IPS LCD display that offers an FHD+ resolution with a rear camera setup of a 64-megapixel main camera. OPPO K10x is likely to feature a 16-megapixel selfie camera and a 64-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera unit.

In addition, the Snapdragon 695-powered device is expected to have up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The device measures 8.5 mm, weighs around 195 grams and is expected to have a side-facing fingerprint scanner.

In terms of battery capacity, a 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging backs the device and comes with the “09-Kx” branding that can be seen on the right side of the camera setup. In all, it is most likely to run on the Android 12 OS with ColorOS on top.

Pricing and Availability

As it stands now, the launching price of the new OPPO K10x has not been revealed except for the launching date. However, the device is said to be a cheaper model in the Oppo K10 lineup. Therefore, we expect to see a price below the earlier K10 series.
