MrBeast stated clearly during the pre-show for the League of Legends Worlds 2022 final that he is 100% planning to buy an LCS team.

MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, is well-known for his amazing YouTube videos and is among the top 5 Youtube channels in terms of subscribers.

This confirmation comes after weeks of speculations regarding the source of the MrBeast video and his potential to purchase a League of Legends team.

MrBeast League of Legends team

The League Championship Series, or LCS as it is more popularly known, is the premier competition for League of Legends professionals. Riot invited Mr. Beast to spend time as a guest at the desk during the pre-show for LOL Worlds 2022 finals, where he spoke about his enthusiasm for the game.

At the League of Legends World Championship, MrBeast appeared on the analyst desk and made some intriguing remarks regarding a potential future in the LCS.

Azael (caster) questioned MrBeast about buying an LCS team, and he said, “100%.” Even so, MrBeast made it clear that he wants to be sure he’s doing it correctly and at the appropriate moment since he wants to see a team he purchases reach a Worlds finals.

It is not surprising that MrBeast was questioned about buying a professional League of Legends team in the future. He has already expressed his desire to join the League of Legends competitive industry on Twitter.

As money is not a problem for MrBeast, he would just like to have the best T1 League of Legends team, which would undoubtedly take time. Considering that one of the top content producers is going to invest in it, it will surely draw in a larger audience in the competitive gaming scene. It will be intriguing to see which team he is most interested in.
