In a bid to enhance its technology industry, Vivo, a Chinese-based multinational technology company, has disclosed that it will launch the world’s first Hi-Fi wireless headset this month. Vivo Hi-Fi wireless headset is reported to come with a DAC chip and up to 1.2Mbps transmission rate.

Announcing the coming of the world’s first Hi-Fi wireless headset Vivo shared a poster image via a Weibo post with the caption:

“For the tenth anniversary of Vivo Hi-Fi, what have we broken through? A major acoustic breakthrough, the original sound immersion experience, Vivo’s world’s first true Hi-Fi wireless headset is coming soon!”

As it stands now, the name and the launch date of the upcoming world’s first Vivo Hi-Fi wireless headset remain unknown as Vivo only disclosed it coming this month. However, as the firm is known for its decent contributions to the tech world through its promising smartphones and other gadgets, therefore, the company aims to incorporate the feature in an audio device. The upcoming offering is touted to be the first-ever wireless headset with hi-fi technology.

What is meant by Hi-Fi?

High fidelity, or “hi-Fi,” is a term used to describe audio reproduction that is as accurate as possible to the original audio source. High-fidelity headphones and earbuds are typically available on wired devices.

World’s first Vivo Hi-Fi Headset

The first wireless headset in the market will be Vivo’s headset equipped with the technology. It is rumored to have a 1.2 Mbps transmission rate. The audio gadget will have an ultra-wideband high-definition unit above 40kHz and a high-performance DAC chip. In a few days to come, we hope to get more specifics about the new Vivo audio device.

Additionally, the company has introduced the Wireless Sports Headset 2 in China. It is a wireless neckband earpiece with an 11.2mm driver, noise cancellation for calls, support for voice assistants, and an 80ms low latency mode. The audio equipment has a 12-hour battery life.
