Nintendo confirmed the release date for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC Wave 3
The trailer for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC Wave 3 confirms the release date and eight new courses. In addition, it gives a significant amount of attention to the returning track, which was first included in Mario Kart Wii.
The Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass DLC for the Nintendo Switch console releases on December 7 and adds eight more courses. Moreover, the company has also provided information on the third wave of additional DLC tracks coming to Mario Kart Deluxe.
Wave three won’t be any different, and Rainbow Road is most likely going to be the main attraction in what has been termed the Moon Cup. The Wave 3 courses include Merry Mountain, offering seasonal views and sounds to delight in while driving all around the track’s icy peaks and high forests, and the joyful fields of DS Peach Gardens.
Moreover, you may also play the mobile game Mario Kart Tour and play the 3DS Rainbow Road circuit. Both games feature the vibrant sights of the London Loop. Below is a list of all of the courses that will be available in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC Wave 3 of the Booster Course Pass:
- Tour London Loop
- GBA Boo Lake
- 3DS Rock Rock Mountain
- Wii Maple Treeway
- Tour Berlin Byways
- DS Peach Gardens
- Merry Mountains
- 3DS Rainbow Road
The eight tracks of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC Wave 3 will only be accessible as a part of the $24.99 Booster Course Pass and not as a standalone add-on. However, those who purchase the DLC also get access to the 24 new courses that will be released in 2023, in addition to the 16 already published courses.
