Since then, smartwatch lovers have been anticipating the next generation of watches from the brand.

The uncovered video of the Xiaomi Watch S2 Official Teaser shows that the Watch S2 will debut as the successor to the Watch S1 with a circular dial and two physical buttons on the right side. At the same time, the video also revealed that the watch would be available in two colors; light navy blue and grey colors.

Going to the specification, the video didn’t reveal anything about that. However, the Xiaomi Watch S2 is expected to feature similar and more upgrade features to the Xiaomi Watch S1. The Xiaomi Watch S1 is a Waterproof 5ATM device that can be paired with the help of Bluetooth 5.2. Therefore, we expect the new Xiaomi Watch S2 to feature the same.
In another report, the Xiaomi Watch S2 was reportedly expected to have an integrated GPS sensor to better precisely track outdoor activities. With this, users can measure their activity metrics using one of the several available sports activity modes.
In addition, a blood oxygen monitor, breathing exercises, NFC, Bluetooth calling, call or message reminder, app notification, Bluetooth, and more are additional anticipating features. And finally, it will be powered by a sizable 470mAh battery, which has a 12-day normal usage battery life and a 24-day basic watch mode battery life.
Price and Availability
As it stands now, the pricing of the upcoming Xiaomi Watch S2 has not been revealed yet. However, we expect a minimal pricing range, as Xiaomi is known for affordable prices. For the launch date, the brand is expected to hold a new product launch conference come December 1st in China. Therefore, the new Xiaomi Watch S2 will be officially announced alongside the Xiaomi 13 series, Buds 4, and MIUI 14.
