The Singaporean IMDA agency has granted certification to the OPPO A78 5G with model number CPH2483. Previously, the smartphone has been discovered on different certification platforms. The FCC and Bluetooth SIG officials have granted the OPPO A78 5G their approval. Thus, with these multiple certifications, it seems that the A78 5G will go on sale soon in several markets.
OPPO A78 5G on IMDA Certification
In October, the OPPO A78 5G first appeared in the Bluetooth SIG authority’s database. It was revealed that ColorOS 13 would be used by the device and that Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity would be supported. The smartphone may have a 5,000mAh battery inside that could handle 33W rapid charging, according to the FCC certification.
However, the IMDA certification reveals that the CPH2483 model number belongs to the new OPPO A78 5G. The certification document also revealed that the smartphone would enable connectivity capabilities like 5G, LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC, and GPS. Thus, given the certification, it seems the launch date of the next Oppo smartphone is imminent.
