Xiaomi Redmi 12 Series is set to make its way to the Indian market. An official social media post by Xiaomi has put a stamp on the launch of the Redmi Note 12 5G series in India. Furthermore, the teaser also threw light on the design of the series, which looked similar to the devices with the same moniker released in China a while ago.

The teaser already mentions a series, which hints that there will be multiple devices. Chances are that we will get to see Redmi Note 12 5G, Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G. The Chinese market also got an exclusive variant that shipped with 200W fast charging support. One thing which we are already sure of is that with the Redmi Note 11 Pro lineup, we will get to see some decent upgrades in its successor that is slated to reach the Indian shores pretty soon.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 series expectations

While all three smartphones from the Redmi Note 12 are available in China, we have a clear idea of what we can see regarding specifications.

Redmi Note 12 5G

According to popular tipster Abhishek Yadav, Redmi Note 12 5G could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 processor along with 33W fast charging support.

Redmi Note 12 Pro

The Redmi Note 12 Pro may run on the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor and a 67W fast charging support. In addition, the handset could also rock a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary shooter with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).

Redmi Note 12 Pro+

As for the high-end variant, Redmi Note 12 Pro+, it will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor paired with high-capacity RAM and large storage capacity.

In terms of optics, we can get to see a 200MP Samsung HPX primary sensor apart from other lenses. The smartphone could support 120W fast charging. Speculations are that both the Pro devices will also have an OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate for one kind of streaming experience.

Currently, there is a limited amount of information available related to the Xiaomi 12 5G series on the internet. Expectations are that we will get to know more about the same as soon as the launch date approaches.
