iQOO Neo 7 SE 5G Debuts in China With Dimensity 8200 Processor

In the launch event that took place in China, iQOO launched the Neo 7 SE 5G alongside its flagship iQOO 11 series in China. The device can be dubbed as the watered-down version of the iQOO Neo 7 that was launched previously in the country. For starters, it ships with a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC, which ensures to offer high-end performance.

On top of that, Realme has made some considerable changes in the smartphone as compared to the Neo 7 5G.

There are no details regarding the launch of the smartphone in India until now. However, speculations are that the device will be rolled out as iQOO Neo 7 5G in India. As for the pricing, the iQOO Neo 7 SE 5G’s 8GB RAM variant with 128GB internal storage is available in China for CNY 2099 (around Rs 24,800) while the one with 256GB internal storage is priced at CNY 2299 (around Rs 27,100).

The 12GB RAM variant with 256GB internal storage is available for Rs CNY 2499(around Rs 29,500). The other one with 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage is priced at CNY 2799 (Rs 33,000).

The smartphone ships in three different color variants – Star Black, Galaxy,
and Electronic Blue.

iQOO Neo 7 SE 5G specifications

The iQOO Neo 7 SE 5G features a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display coupled with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is powered with the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor paired with 16GB RAM and 256GB storage in the high-end variant. The handset operates on the FunTouch OS 13 based on the Android 13 operating system.

In terms of optics, the iQOO Neo 7 SE 5G flaunts a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 64MP primary sensor, 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front, the device gets a 16MP snapper to capture selfies and attend video calls. The handset draws power from a 5000mAh battery along with 120W fast charging support. Connectivity features in the device include Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, dual-band WiFi, etc. For the purpose of security,
the device gets an in-display fingerprint scanner too.
