To enhance its financial system, Xiaomi Loan Company has been reported today to have undergone industrial and commercial changes, thereby changing its business name from Chongqing Microfinance Xiaomi Co., Ltd to Chongqing Rongyu Technology Co., Ltd.

Qichacha APP, who confirmed the development, noted that the Xiaomi Loan Company underwent industrial and commercial changes. The company’s business scope changed from carrying out various loan bill discounting and asset transfer businesses in the nine districts of the main city of Chongqing.

The aforementioned companies are restricted to operating online over the Internet, transforming into information Consulting Services, technical services, technology development, etc., except for the country’s largest urban region, Chongqing.

In June 2015, Xiaomi Microfinance Co., Ltd. was founded with a 450 million US dollar registered capital. Hong Feng is the legal representation. Lei Jun is the only beneficiary of Xiaomi Finance (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., owned by that company.

Xiaomi loan is a pure credit and unsecured loan product for Xiaomi consumers, according to information on the official website. Following a thorough evaluation of user behavior by Xiaomi Finance, the relevant loan amount is established. The user’s available amount is the maximum lending amount, with a minimum single loan amount of 100 yuan.

The performance of Xiaomi Small Loan Co., Ltd. appears to be less than adequate, despite the great reputation of Xiaomi mobile phones and other items in the market. In the past, the business was even accused of using violence to collect payments. However, this problem will soon be resolved thanks to the growth of pertinent national laws and regulations and the work of regulatory agencies.
