Over the last few months, Realme has been reported to be partnering with Coca-Cola to unveil a new smartphone. Some rumors claim the device will be a rebrand of the Realme 10 earlier launch in the Indian market. Today, the rumors have been put to rest as Realme finally entered the Indian market with the new Realme 10 Pro 5g Coca-Cola Edition.
The Realme 10 Pro 5G Coca-Cola Edition
The Realme 10 Pro 5G Coca-Cola Edition is the fifth phone in the Realme 10 series, joining the existing Realme 10 4G, Realme 10 5G, Realme 10 Pro, and Realme 10 Pro+ in the lineup. Likewise, the Realme 10 Pro 5G Coca-Cola also features the same specifications as the Realme 10 Pro 5G, which launched in India in December.
To caption the partnership, a traditional Coca-Cola red and black color scheme in a 70:30 ratio is present on the Realme 10 Pro 5G. The Realme logo is on the black side, and the Coca-Cola logo is on the back. The phone’s matte faux metal construction makes it scratch- and fingerprint-resistant.
Full Specs
A 6.72-inch IPS LCD screen with Full HD+ resolution (2,412 x 1,080 pixels) and a 120 Hz refresh rate is included in the Realme 10 Pro 5G Coca-Cola Edition. The display has a peak brightness of 680 nits and a 240 Hz touch sampling rate.
The Realme Coca-Cola Edition then has the same 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 seen in the Realme 10 Pro 5G’s normal edition. Concerning the CPU, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC is a mid-range SoC made using a 6nm process. It has two powerful Kryo 660 Gold cores clocked at 2.2 GHz and six power-saving Kryo Silver cores clocked at 1.7 GHz.
The SoC has an Adreno 619 GPU for use with graphics-intensive applications, along with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. There is a RAM expansion technology that virtually increases the RAM to an additional 8 GB, giving the phone a total of 16 GB RAM, and the storage enables microSD card expansion.
A 5,000 mAh battery with 33W rapid charging support powers the realme 10 Pro 5G Coca-Cola Edition and charges the battery up to 50% in just over 29 minutes. The smartphone has Coca-Cola customizations for the camera in addition to realme UI 4.0 with revised UI, icons, lock screen, dynamic charging effect, Coke bubble notifications, and a Coca-Cola ringtone.
Camera
The smartphone is powered by RAZR Technology and sports a 108MP ProLight Camera with a 16 MP Selfie Camera along with features such as Super Group Portrait, One Take, and Street Photography Mode 3.0 with Watermark for photography.
Two large camera modules with a red lens halo, one holding a 108 MP main camera and the other a 2 MP depth camera or portrait camera, are located on the back side of the device. For selfies and video calls, there is a 16 MP front-facing camera. The camera now features 80s Cola filters, Shot on Realm integration, and a bottle-opening shutter, among other new features.
Pricing and Availability
The only Realme 10 Pro 5G Coca-Cola Edition model with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage costs $ 20,999. The cost is $1,000 more than the realme 10 Pro 5G ordinary edition with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.
The smartphone will be on sale on realme.com, Flipkart, and other offline retailers on February 14 at noon. Following the premiere today, February 10th, for an hour only, it will be made exclusively available through a flash sale on realme.com. There will be a total of 1,000 units for sale. A free realme 10 Pro 5G Coca-Cola Edition will be given away to one lucky client at flash sales.
