To mark the 25th year of offering the Polo GTI car, the German automaker Volkswagen announced the launching of a special edition of the car named the Polo GTI Edition 25 with an extensive standard equipment package and special design features. Volkswagen introduced the first Polo special edition car with iconic letters – GTI in 1998.
According to the auto giant, the Polo GTI Edition 25 special edition will be available for order in Germany from June 1st and pricing at €35,205. To make the vehicle stand out an electronic differential lock XDS is included therein with a comprehensive range of standard equipment and sports suspension.
Polo GTI Comes with Special Anniversary Equipment
As part of the 25th anniversary, the Volkswagen Polo GTI Edition 2 special edition is equipped with exclusive equipment to place it in an exceptional position among the older siblings. The car has a classic GTI look, with red bracallipersers and trim strips, a honeycomb design on the radiator grille, and chrome-plated tailpipes.
Other unique standard elements on the Polo GTI Edition 25 include 18-inch Adelaide alloy wheels in Black Glossy, a black roof, and black outside mirrors, all of which contribute to the vehicle’s sporty appearance. Premium sport seats in perforated black-red leather with stitched GTI logos and glossy black ornamental trim with red GTI writing are included as standard interior features.

The new innovative technologies in the special model include IQ. LIGHT LED matrix headlights with Dynamic Light Assist and LED daytime running lights which ensure highly homogeneous illumination of the road. Others include multifunction sports steering wheel, Travel Assist System, and automatwo-litreng.
To enjoy high performance, the Polo GTI Edition 25 special edition is powered by a two-liter TSI engine, which has 152 kW and 320 Nm of torque, and can accelerate the front-wheel-drive vehicle from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds.
The vehicle also comes with a specifically adjusted sport millimeters combination with the electronic differential lock XDS, this lowers the body by 15millimetress and produces exceptional driving characteristics, enhanced traction, and precise handling that are distinctive to GTI models.
