The smartphone is expected in two lineups, the Neo 8 and Neo 8 Pro. The iQOO Neo 8 Pro, was earlier rendered on the AnTuTu website. The listing reveals that the device will be equipped with 16 GB of LPDDR 5x RAM, 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage, Android 13 OS, and a 120Hz display. Additionally, the Neo 8 Pro is also confirmed to be the first device to use the newly released MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chip.

On the other hand, the iQOO Neo 8 is said to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC processor, followed by three performance cores clocked at 2.5GHz and four efficiency cores clocked at 1.8GHz. The Geekbench listing ascertains 16GB RAM in the Neo 8 5G and is also likely to have 256GB/ 512GB of storage.

Judging by the images, the smartphone will have a rectangular-shaped camera module on the back for the triple-camera setup and an LED flash. Whereas, for selfies, the device is likely to feature a 16MP front camera. A 5000mAh battery with 120W fast charging is also expected. Android 13 is out of the box and Origin OS 3 is also expected.

iQOO Pad

The iQOO Pad will be the first-ever tablet from the Chinese brand and it is expected to offer exciting features. Though the tipster didn’t tell us much about the tablet, an alleged render image of the Pad on Weibo reveals that the device will feature a dual rear camera setup and have magnetic pins at the bottom.

Additionally, the tablet appears to have very thin bezels all around its front, and the power button is located near the top of the device. Meanwhile, the design of the iQOO Pad seems to be very similar to the Vivo Pad 2 recently announced. Gizmochina reported that the tables will be available in four different variants – 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage.
