Xiaomi has rolled out a new smartphone dubbed CIVI 3 in the Chinese market. The smartphone has a pretty unique rear panel as compared to other Xiaomi phones available in the market. The rear panel has a light share and a bit darker share of the same color. At the top left corner, we can see a circular camera island with a flash placed below it.

Talking about the front, the device has almost negligible bezels at the sides and super thin bezels at the top and bottom. It has a capsule-like cutout for the placement of the dual front camera at the top middle. The handset is available in the Chinese market at a starting price of CNY 2,499, which converts to Rs 29,232.

Xiaomi CIVI 3 specifications and features

The Xiaomi CIVI 3 comes with a 6.55-inch FHD+ OLED display complemented with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device works on the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultra paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. It is based on the Android 13 operating system with MIUI 14 skin on top. For the purpose of security, the device gets an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Other features include NFC, IR blaster, dual speakers with Dolby Atmos, and more. In terms of optics, the Xiaomi CIVI 3 flaunts a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50MP Sony IMX800 primary shooter with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), 8MP ultra wide-angle shooter, and a 2MP macro shooter.

To click the best selfies and attend video calls in high quality, the handset gets a dual front camera setup, including two 32MP sensors. It draws power from a 4500mAh battery along with 67W fast charging support.

As of now, there is no word regarding the India launch and pricing of the smartphone. However, we can say with surety that the device is going to be rebranded for the Indian as well as global market considering the past strategies of Xiaomi.
