TechGenyz is looking for young and passionate Journalists for our online tech media publication.
The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience writing technology news on online publications, preferably news portals.
The candidate needs to write news or feature articles on tech innovation, VR/AR, mobile, gaming, apps, etc. The candidate will be responsible for developing the voice for all aspects of the organization’s online presence.

- Do you love Journalism & understand news reporting or tech journalism?
- Do you know the art of content/news writing?
- Do you have strong English communication skills (written & verbal both)?
- Are you open to writing on technology and business-related news?
- An understanding of journalism and a flair for writing on the same. The familiarity new-age technology like artificial intelligence, IoT, machine learning, VR, AR, gaming & more
- Openness and eagerness to move out and interact with contacts in the industry
- Strong news judgment & be able to rewrite/sharpen news stories
- Ability to quickly conduct online research and check facts
- Can write multiple articles/day of 350-450 words related to the technology
- Understand SEO, and good at spotting stories from social media
- Have experience in WordPress, online tools like Grammarly, Google Spreadsheet, Feedly, Reddit
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy, grammar, punctuation and story flow
- Speed, accuracy, solid news and editorial judgment
- Investigative and research-oriented nature for gathering the necessary information
- Ability to work in a remotely/team mode with people of diverse backgrounds and skills
- Write news reports with clear and accurate facts for an international audience
- Bachelors degree in English Language, Mass Communication, Economics or Journalism
- Post Graduate degree in English Language, Mass Communication, Economics or Journalism
