Images showing off the white color appearance of Google Pixel 3 XL have arrived on the internet on yesterday, July 29. This comes a few weeks after a black variant of the 2018 flagship appears.

The new images ensure that Pixel 3 XL will bear a quite similar body to the Pixel devices that have been released before. At the same time, they inform on a few new details as well. Worth stressing in the middle is that the user with the leaked unit says that it does not boot as it is being remotely erased by Google.

As for the newness, the white color provides a clearer look on both the handset’s front and rear panels. The thin black bezels are quite evident at the front. The rear camera setup and the fingerprint reader just below offer further style, with the latter bearing a perfectly matching color of the entire body. There’s as well an ash-colored Google logo sitting below the fingerprint scanner.

One interesting point is that these leaked images reveal that this is a 64GB variant, whereas the black counterpart of the model was previously revealed as being a 128GB variant. Also, while a notch on the display is not clear on the black variant, the white model has bezels and the notch in black!

This notch, being quite a big one, holds two front cameras in black. The front panel further features a speaker at the bottom.

On the other hand, the rear panel does not have the two-tone effect that has been a signature feature of the Pixel lineup. Rather, there’s a reflective glass cover, expectedly supporting recent rumors of Google bringing the wireless charging capability for the first time in its smartphones, debuting with Pixel 3 XL.

Of course, we must wait for official confirmations from Google and keep a tab on the circulated rumors. As for the release, the previous two Pixel phones had the same launch timeline, which rounds up the possibility that an official unveiling of the Pixel 3 XL is coming by October 4.
