Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is Samsung’s 2016 Best Flagship smartphone. The device has aluminum and glass unibody build along with curve side screens and support for IP68 dust/water-resistance. The model has a similar design to its predecessor Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge smartphone has LTE Advanced antennas, with Dual SIM capability support for Nano-SIMs. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge display features 5.5 inches Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen (1440 x 2960 pixels resolution). The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge specifications come pre-installed with Android 6.0 Marshmallow (upgradable to Android 8.0 Oreo). As for the processor, the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge has Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Octa-Core chipset combined with Adreno 530 GPU or Exynos 8890 CPU with Mali-T880 MP12 GPU (depending on the region availability). The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge RAM is 4GB, while the available storage space memory comes in 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB capacity with the ability to expand storage through SD card.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Camera features a single 12-megapixel f/1.7 resolution sensor, with 1080p/4K recording capability at both 30 FPS and 60 FPS. The sensor has OIS and six lens protection. It also has HDR and panoramic mode for the rear camera. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Camera also has Burst mode, 720p@240fps slow-motion recording. As for the front camera, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge features a 5MP f/1.7 front snapper. For night shots it has dual-tone flash on the rear.

In the area of connectivity, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge features Bluetooth (4.2), WiFi (Dual-band and 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac), NFC with a 3.5 mm audio jack support. Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge sensors include Fingerprint (front-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, barometer, heart rate, SpO2, and the device has dimensions of 150.9 x 72.6 x 7.7 mm and gets a Non-removable Li-Ion 3600 mAh battery with 15W fast-charging support. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge colors are available in Black, White, Gold, Silver, Pink Gold, Black Pearl, and Coral Blue.
