Apple issued the fourth developer betas only four days after the third for iOS 11.2, watchOS 4.3, and tvOS 11.2. In fact, if we look at the recent timeline of Apple’s issues with the developer betas, then the second and third versions had only a week gap in between. This indicates that public releases are going to arrive soon enough.

One of the most notable changes is that iOS 11.2 is packing certain support for SiriKit of HomePod. Although, Apple pushed the launch of the HomePod till early 2018. Additionally, the iOS 11.2 beta supports 7.5-watt wireless charging for the latest handsets of Apple: iPhone X, iPhone 8, and iPhone 8 Plus.

The fourth build, among other changes added a new display prompt that will come up while disabling Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in Control Center. These two functions remain active for Apple Watch connectivity, Continuity and AirDrop, although the connections for non-Apple devices and services are disabled.

The early builds rectified a bug in Calculator and have provided a Now Playing widget for Apple TV in Control Center.

It looks like all the updates will finally mark the Apple Pay Cash public launch, and this new service will support peer-to-peer money transfers through the Message app.
