AI is Dangerous Technology, Needs Regulation: Elon Musk

The world's richest man, Elon Musk says AI is a dangerous technology and needs regulation to ensure it's operating within the public interest.
Elon Musk disclosed this while responding to a question asked by a shareholder at Tesla's investor day.
Musk described AI as "quite a dangerous technology" and added that he feared it "may have done things to accelerate it."
In his words, "I'm a little worried about AI stuff. I think it's something we should be concerned about."
"We should need some kind of regulatory authority or something, overseeing AI development and making sure it's operating within the public interest, " he said.
The electric vehicles giant, Tesla held its annual investor day on Wednesday where the CEO unveils a new Master Plan for the firm.
