The movie earned 742,808,730 yen in Japan during its 4th weekend, co-produced by Illumination and Nintendo.

In the United States, the movie earned $9.8 million during the weekend, with a cumulative total of $549,290,720.

With these figures, the movie climbed to 14th place in all-time box office results in the United States.

With this achievement, the movie surpassed "Iron Man 3" and now holds the 23rd position in the all-time box office record.
