Log in to Messenger, Even Without Having a Facebook Account

Don’t have a Facebook account? No worry! From now you can sign up for Messenger account without even having a Facebook account. In a blog post, Facebook announced to roll the new feature for the users in Canada, the United States, Peru, or Venezuela – though the social network giant has not confirmed when it will be available to the worldwide users.

With the latest update, users can sign up for a Messenger account with a phone number and can enjoy all the features that are available on Messenger – including photos, videos, group chats, voice and video calling, stickers, and more.

If you own an Android or iOS phone just download the app from Google Play or Apple Store. Go to the Messenger app- on the welcome screen you will see an option that says “Not on Facebook?” just tap the option and sign up for an account by providing your phone number, name, and profile picture- that’s all. Now you can connect with your friends and contacts in an easy way.
