As electric vehicles continue to overwhelm the world automobile industry, a US-based all-electric and off-road Powersports vehicle company, Volcon has revealed that its first fully electric all-wheel drive UTV, the Stag, is going to transform the industry tomorrow, Friday.

According to the automobile industry, the company’s first electric all-wheel will officially be unveiled and open the door to consumer reservations via its website for its flagship, fully electric UTV, called the Stag, on Friday, July 1, 2022, at 1 PM EST/10 AM PST.

The fully electric UTV – the Stag

The Stag has been in development for two years, having been revealed upon the company’s foundation in late 2020. Since the company’s inception about two years ago, the majority of its efforts have been directed toward the development and production of the Volcon Grunt.

The delivery of the fat tire off-road electric motorcycle began in late 2021, less than a year after the company was founded. With the Grunt’s rapid progress, the lofty objective of manufacturing a four-wheeled electric UTV suddenly seemed within reach for the young company, and the announcement of the Stag’s imminent reveal all but confirms it.

The Stag Specs

Throughout the years, the company has released several specifications, including a potential power rating of 80 kW (107 hp) and a range of up to 150 miles (240 km). However, many battery capacities were believed to be in the works, with the highest of 69 kWh presumably being the only one capable of meeting the maximum range limit.

Two more options, 23 kWh and 46 kWh were suggested as the potential for lowering the Stag’s price while still providing enough capacity for day trips. And, with the option to charge on a Level 2 home charger, a quick recharge could be a real possibility.

Accordingly, the full specs of the fully electric UTV – the Stag have not been revealed yet but as we see from the released teaser image by the company some specifications have been disclosed. Thus, stay connected with TechGenyz until tomorrow as we bring you the full specs of the electric vehicle.
