Huawei has brought some amazing features from its house shelf this time. This new feature could be used as a sword to give tough competition to other smartphone brands. After Samsung and Apple, Huawei is the largest smartphone brand globally. Yet, unlike its competitors, it did not have an in-house globally available Huawei App store previously. And now, this feature has been added to give the users some aid and excitement.

Hence the Chinese company has announced the launch of Huawei AppGallery, which will be available for download by all Huawei smartphones. Whereas the owners of Huawei P20 and P20 Pro are lucky enough and already have it pre-installed.

The Huawei App Store will feature a discovery and recommendation service that lets customers find new apps, with the company stating that the content in its store has an average rating of 4.3 out of 5.

Here most of the apps in the various categories are aimed to capture Asian markets like Amap for navigation, WeChat for communication, and QQMusic for entertainment to uplift profit because Huawei is the biggest smartphone manufacturer in China. So basically, the strategy is to cover the global market by capturing the Asian market step by step. On the other hand, regular applications like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, will be there, but those have to be downloaded from Google Play Store separately.

It is necessary for Huawei owners to enable third-party app downloads to automatically start downloading. But if the Huawei AppGallery service is not needed by the user, then it can be disabled through its Settings menu in the Me tab of the Huawei App Store or could be completely uninstalled, yet the downloaded apps will stay on the phone.
