China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (CMIIT) has apparently certified two new Oppo phone models. The two model numbers of Oppo F9 and F9 Pro are PBBM00 and PBCM00. It is to be noted that while PBBT00 is a variant of PBBM00, PBCT00 is that of the PBCM00 smartphone.

There has been no revelation yet about the detailed specifications and identities of the PBBM00 and PBCM00 models. Even though the PBAT00 and PBAM00 Oppo phones have not been launched yet, they were spotted last month at TENAA with full specifications. But what remains a mystery is an Oppo phone with model number PAHM00 with Snapdragon 835 and 8 GB RAM, that was spotted recently.

This could be another model with a high price range from the Chinese manufacturer, after the release of Oppo Find X, which is powered by Snapdragon 845. There has been no word on the PAHM00 smartphone yet, however. In addition to that, last month two more unindentified phones – PACT20 and PACM20 – were also spotted at CMITT.

Oppo is expectedly preparing for the debut of the F9 and F9 Pro smartphones for next month, as they have also newly cleared Bluetooth certification, and the clues all point towards the PBBM00 and PBCM00 models of the F9 and F9 Pro smartphones to be the new models certified by CMIIT. The information on their Bluetooth certification says that their Bluetooth module is the same as that of F7, F7 Youth, R15, and Realme 1. This means there is a possibility for both these phones to feature the MediaTek Helio P60 SoC.
