Be ready to say “Hello Moto” to Motorola’s new Moto X (2017), whose unveiling seems to be close as render leaked images appear online. As the reports suggest, the upcoming smartphone may come with a Golden color variant – you can have the first look at the smartphone with key specs here.
According to the new report, Moto X (2017) is powered by the Snapdragon 625 SoC processor, which indicates it is not a flagship device. Well-known tipster Roland Quandt posted a tweet saying the Moto X (2017) bears the model no XT-180x code-named “Sanders.” The phone also features an octa-core chipset and the Adreno 506 GPU. The expected specs include 3GB/4GB RAM with 32GB/ 64GB of native storage.
Unlike last week’s leak, this new leak appears to be the upcoming phone to come in Golden variant, allegedly showcasing the Moto X (2017)’s front and rear panels. The Lenovo Moto X (2017) will be equipped with a dual camera and two antenna bands at the rear end. On the front is a LED flash for selfies and a Home Button in an Oblong design. The antenna lines match up with Motorola’s Batwing Logo. It is likely from the pictures that the bottom part of the back won’t feature Moto Mods accessories compatible pins. Specifically, the look goes on with Moto G5 and G5 Plus phones.
It is difficult to fabricate whether these leaks are just rumors or genuine so take these specs with a grain of salt for now.
