This feature is expected to roll out soon in coming weeks to more businesses. Facebook had rolled out this Community Help feature about one year ago. This feature was added with an intention to provide help during a crisis through various ways.
The ultimate benefit of this Community Help will be that the business organizations will be able to post in Community Help by which they can reach to communities affected by crises. They can support people by helping them in finding free transportation facility to and connecting volunteers with organizations.
Last year some of the most unusual crises were evidenced by people like flooding in Brazil (May), Hurricane Harvey in the US (August), the attack in Barcelona (August), the flooding in Mumbai (August) and the earthquake in Central Mexico (September). During this time many people were connected through this Community Help feature. Thanks to Facebook as near about 500 different crises were managed by the help of this feature.
