Vivo launched its new Vivo Y93 budget smartphone in India earlier this week which is currently available in a single memory configuration combination of 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.
However, it seems that the company will soon launch another variant with different storage of Vivo Y93 in India. As the company has listed a new variant of the device Vivo Y93 on its official online store with a very unusual storage combination of 3GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.
It is marked that the device Vivo Y93 launched in India is a bit different from the device Vivo Y93 launched in China as the Indian version of the device runs on the MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core Soc instead of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 493 Soc. Not only this but there is another very important difference in both of the devices which is the back-mounted fingerprint sensor present only on the Indian version of Y93.
The device Vivo Y93 comes with a 6.2-inch of Halo FullView display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 with 720 x 1520 HD+ resolution. Y93 sports a dual rear camera setup which is 13 megapixels primary and 2-megapixel secondary sensor with an 8-megapixel front camera.
The budget smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based Funtouch OS out of the box, Y93 is powered by non-removable 4030mAh battery. Regarding the connectivity, the device has Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11, A-GPS, BeiDou, FM radio, 4G VoLTE, and GLONASS.
The storage variant 4GB+32GB of Vivo Y93 costs INR 13,990 and the newly listed variant 3GB RAM + 64GB of internal storage will cost INR 14,990. However, this new 64GB variant is currently not available, as it has been listed so possibly will be soon available in India.
Both Vivo Y93 4GB RAM and 3GB RAM variant will be available in colors like Nebula Purple, and Starry Black.
