The company’s product information technology company has changed its business scope and added new car sales business. According to the information, Youpin Information Technology Co., Ltd. was established on April 4, 2018, with a registered capital of RMB 50 million and the legal representative is Liu De. Lei Jun is the actual controller of the company, with a shareholding ratio of 70%. Hong Feng, Li Wanqiang and Liu De held 10% shares respectively.

Since February 1st, 2019, the operating entity of Xiaomi’s product platform has been changed to Xiaomi’s Product Information Technology Co., Ltd., after Xiaomi’s main business operation company is Xiaomi Technology Co., Ltd.

In addition, there is a product and fish is a boutique living member e-commerce platform of Xiaomi, which extends Xiaomi’s “excellent cost performance” to all aspects of the living and home field. The platform has covered household, daily use, home appliances, kitchen, audio and video, intelligence, apparel, cultural, health, travel, food, toiletries, luggage, baby and other major consumer goods categories.

The legal representative is Xiaomi co-founder Liu De. Lei Jun, Li Wanqiang, and Liu De are directors of the company. The ultimate beneficiary and the largest shareholder is Lei Jun, holding 70% of the shares with a registered capital of 50 million yuan.
