The much-awaited Apple event is scheduled to take place tonight. The event that will be held at the Steve Jobs Theater at the Apple Park headquarters in Cupertino, California is regarded as one of the biggest tech events. Since months, Apple lovers wait for this gala event. This year too is no exception as Apple will launch three new iPhones, iPhone 11, iPhone Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max which will run on iOS 13.

It is highly unlikely that Apple is going to lower its prices for the new iPhones especially since last year’s iPhone XS and iPhone Xs Max’s prices were as high as Rs. 99,900 and Rs. 1,09,900 respectively. Following the price range that is maintained by Apple so far, it is safe to assume that the new iPhones will be around the $1099 and $1199 price range, if not more.

The iPhone 11 Pro will have a 5.8 inch OLED screen with 2436×1125 pixel resolution and the iPhone 11 Pro Max will have the 6.5-inch screen with 2688×1242 pixel resolution. For the iPhone 11 series, Apple is introducing the Haptic Touch technology.

The iPhone 11 series will run on the A13 Bionic chipset which is heavy on the math-side. What it means is that the new iPhone 11 series will have some serious gear with AI, computer vision and augmented reality.

The iPhone 11 will feature a 5W power adapter with a USB-A connector while the other two iPhones, the iPhone 11 Pro, and the iPhone 11 Pro Max will come with an 18W adapter. The iPhone 11 Pro Max will come with a battery which will last longer than its predecessors, but Apple has not revealed the battery capacity yet.

As for the camera setup, Apple is going tripe camera setup on its backside as opposed to the dual-camera setup. The three cameras will be set up in a square making the camera bump rather prominent. Both the iPhones will feature the Lighting Port and will come with the IP68 water and dust-resistance rating.

The iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max will have a new ultra-wide-angle sensor, a telephoto sensor, and a wide-angle sensor as part of its triple camera setup at the back. On the other hand, the iPhone 11 will come with 12MP wide-angle sensor, 12 MP telephoto sensor with 2X zoom and another sensor with ultra-wide mode.

The sensors will be embedded with AI software to correct the photo when necessary, and it will take three images simultaneously. The new iPhone series will allow video editing by adding filters etc. Face ID would be used to unlock the phone, and it is expected that the front camera will be using a wider field of view for Face ID.

The iPhone 11 series will come in 4GB, 256GB and 512Gb variant. The iPhone 11 will come in two colors, green and lavender purple.
