The iPhone 11 was all about camera tricks like the new slofie mode. Now, it looks like the industry is all set to follow the footsteps of the giant. Samsung has already taken the iPhone 11’s Slofie feature and implemented it in an Android update for the Galaxy S10. Now, Xiaomi is also trying to get into the trend of Slofies to its devices by introducing the slow-motion selfie camera feature.

The Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi is working to bring in the slofie camera feature to MIUI devices. Slofies allows users to capture slo-mo recordings using the phone’s front-facing camera. The feature works the same way as you would expect – switch to the front camera, activate the slow-motion mode and done.

There is no alternative of the mix like adjusting frames as per user requirement. The iPhone captures Slofies at 120 frames per second and it too does not allow for any variations. Though Xiaomi has not officially announced its release, it is anticipated that it could use this as a talking point for the upcoming Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro.

Xiaomi Slow Motion Selfie camera feature will definitely give something to boast about for the Mi CC9 Pro. The device is expected to launch in China on November 5 and will launch globally on November 14.
