Manu Kumar Jain, the Global VP of Xiaomi and the MD of Xiaomi India, yet again teased the internet with a mystery tweet. The tweet was, of course, about Xiaomi’s next new product. Jain’s tweet teased the internet with, “It sounds like a cool new product is your way soon.”
The tweet was urging the users to guess the next big product coming our way from Xiaomi.
It has only been a few days since Xiaomi announced that it would add a few new features to its Redmi 8A smartphone. Xiaomi also announced that its subsidiary brand, Redmi, will bring its first-ever brand new power bank to the market. Knowing Xiaomi’s signature, the products will be on the pocket-friendly side yet packed with specifications and top-of-its-line when it comes to its usage.
The new tweet from Jain seems to suggest that Xiaomi’s new device will fall under the category of sound. It may be a new Bluetooth speaker or a pair of new earphones. Moreover, the users in the comment section believe that since the Xiaomi 8A is getting a new makeover, the tweet may indicate at including two speakers on the same smartphone.
The tweet carried the hashtag #CarryYourSound. From its appearance, it seems it is highly unlikely that Xiaomi will add yet another speaker. The chances of the new product of being a Bluetooth speaker is highly likely.
Xiaomi has its own series of Bluetooth speakers, and these speakers come in an entirely metal casing. It is compact in size and easy to handle. The previous Mi Bluetooth speakers are available in various solid colors making it quite attractive. Moreover, the speakers’ price starts at only INR. 799 making it even more popular.
If Xiaomi decides to bring yet another Bluetooth speaker or even if upgrade the previous one, it will be better than the last one. However, Xiaomi is yet to confirm the nature of the new device.
