Although Apple products have been enlisted as one of the premium product models that serve out the best features, Apple has not succeeded in escaping functional issues and other bugs in its products.
While many users across Europe and other parts have already been complaining regarding the scarcity of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro, whose launches appeared a month ago alongside other new products, several customers have already flooded the complaint forum with multiple bugs and major complications that were seen in these recent launches.
While many are eagerly waiting to purchase the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro with the ending of the pre-sale event, those who had already received the models have faced several issues that tend to put these products in a different light.
Earlier, many issues concerning the iPhone 12 have appeared: an ‘invalid sim’ status, face-recognition error, Bluetooth issues, issues with third-party applications, wifi, cloud, and battery problems. But this time, a new problem has appeared that concerns the screen of the iPhone 12, to be specific.
Recently, customers have commented that these newly purchased iPhone show greenish hue colours on the screen addressed as the ‘green screen door’ when the phone is unlocked. Earlier, a similar issue had surfaced concerning a yellow tint on the screen on the iPhone 12, and now it seems that the problems are increasing in numbers.
While many could resolve the issues by simply updating the system software, for the rest, the problems remain unaddressed by Apple, and there has been no further response to it.
It is assumed that these recurring problems are mainly due to the ‘one-sided pursuit of production capacity and relaxed tolerances and quality control.’
However, concerning the increasing complaint posts from the customers, it seems that Apple really has to put some effort into looking into the matter and work on these issues as soon as possible.
