HMD Global is all set to launch the latest mobile from the Nokia company in India. The new Nokia 2.4 will launch in India today. The company was in talks to launch the Nokia 3.4, but as of now, the launch seems to get delayed for the foreseeable future.

The Nokia 2.4 is already available in the European market since Septe2mber 2020. In India, the idea behind the new phone is to survive in a low-budget area of mobile phones and give competition to other pocket-friendly smartphones available in India, namely those from companies such as Realme, Redmi, Motorola, Oppo, to name a few.

The Nokia 2.4 features a 6.5-inch 720p display screen with a waterdrop notch design at the top. The screen offers an aspect ratio of 20:9. Under the hood, it runs on the octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor. Furthermore, the mobile comes with 3GB of RAM and 464 GB of internal memory which could be expanded up to 512GB through a microSD card.

The rear side of the smartphone features dual cameras that consist of a 12 MP primary sensor and a 2 MP depth sensor, accompanied by an LED flash. The selfie camera which is housed in the waterdrop notch is 5 MP. The smartphone will be offered in three colors: Fjord, Dusk, and Charcoal.

Although the Finnish company has not explicitly mentioned the price range for this upcoming smartphone, the phone was launched in Europe for EUR 119, which is approximately INR. 10, 250. The pricing would be announced today.
