Oppo has added a new smartphone to its huge Reno5 series of smartphones. The latest addition to the series I called the Reno5 Z 5G.
The new offering from OPPO features a 6.43-inches of Full HD+ AMOLED screen underneath a fingerprint reader. The screen’s front design also comes with a punch-hole design in the upper-left corner, which also houses a selfie camera of 16MP.
Under the hood, the Oppo Reno5 Z 5G smartphone runs on a Dimensity 800U SoC. Furthermore, the smartphone comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory. It is not clear yet if the onboard memory could be expanded using a MicroSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 11-based ColorOS 11.1.
On its back, the new smartphone features a quad camera setup that consists of a 48MP main shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2 MP macro, and another 2MP monochrome lens. The smartphone comes with camera features such as Ultra Night Video, HDR Video, Dual-View Video, Focus Lock, Dynamic Bokeh, and AI Scene Enhancements 2.0.
The smartphone is equipped with a 4310 mAh battery. Moreover, the Reno5 Z 5G also comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack, NFC, and 5G support.
All of the features and details listed above may sound familiar to many users because the Oppo Reno5 Z 5G is not an entirely new smartphone. It is rebranded F19 Pro+ 5G smartphone.
Oppo is offering the new smartphone in two colours: Fluid Balck and Space Silver, which is also the two colour variants of the Oppo F19 Pro+ 5G.
The OPPO Reno5 Z 5G smartphone is available for purchase in Singapore at the price of SGD 529 which is approximately INR 29, 263. In the UAE markets, the pricing for the smartphone starts at AED 1,499, approximately Rs 30,030.
