Realme India Launches Its First Tablet, the ‘Realme Pad’ Today

Realme India has delved into the tablets category launching its very first tablet, the ‘realme Pad’ today.

The official launch was done during a press conference held earlier today, where the brand showcased the device in its two colors- grey and gold. The smartphone brand realme has pegged the price of the pad at 13,999 Indian rupees and promises that it will be available on most major platforms by noon on 16th of September. Already, realme Pad is showing promising signs being that it is in actual fact, the most powerful tab in its price category. Great start!

Realme Pad Specs and Features

The realme Pad has a light metal body that is 6.9mm thin and weighs 440g.

The tablet also sports an amazing 7100mAh battery that is compatible with 18W fast charging and lasts for over 65 hours on standby. Realme Pad comes will be coming with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It is now left for a user to expand storage as they wish, but up to 1 Terabyte. The tablet is powered by MediaTek Helio G80 chipset and runs on Android 11 OS.

Regarding its connectivity, the Realme product has Bluetooth 5.0, a USB-C port, and dual-band Wi-Fi 5. However, LTE versions are available for customers who might be interested in them.

In addition to all of the aforementioned features of the realme Pad, is a high-resolution quad-speaker, which gives a Dolby atmosphere sound feel and helps dual noise reduction.

Realme Pad Price and Availability

Realme India has confirmed that sales of the realme Pad will go live at noon on September 16. And will be available on Realme, Flipkart, and other partner retailers.  The product will be selling for the following price tags in India;

Firstly, the 3GB, 32GB (WiFi only) version – INR13,999 ($190)

Secondly, the 3GB, 32GB (both WiFi and LTE) version – INR15,999 ($218)

And lastly, the 4GB, 64GB ( also WiFi and LTE) – INR17,999 ($245)
