Redmi and POCO Devices Appeared on EEC, Indicating its Imminent Launch

The Chinese tech giant Xiaomi is going to have a busy year ahead. The company has registered a dozen of smartphones with the EEC in Russia.

One of the famous tipsters on Twitter announced the news. The smartphones that have appeared on the said certification website include the POCO F4 GT, Redmi 10A, Redmi 10C, and various other Redmi Note 11 series of smartphones. Xiaomi is likely to launch all of the models globally.

Of late, there has been news of Xiaomi trying to rebrand its POCO and Redmi series globally. As part of that initiative, the company has already launched a number of devices from the Redmi Note 11 devices in China. Those devices are gradually being launched in the Indian market.

The Eurasian Economic Commission or EEC lists at least a dozen POCO and Redmi smartphones, which means that the listed smartphones are already in the works. Xiaomi has certified the following twelve model numbers with the EEC: 21121210G, 2201116PG, 2201116PG, 2201116SG, 2201116TG, 2201116TG, 2201117PG, 2201117PG, 2201117SG, 220233L2G, 220333QAG, and 220333QNY. Among these models, at least three have been confirmed: POCO F4 GT, Redmi 10A, and the Redmi 10C.

The POCO F4 GT might feature a display of 6.67-inches with a resolution of 1080x 2400 pixels. Under the hood, the smartphone is likely to be powered by an octa-core processor. The smartphone is expected to run on the Android v11 OS and will feature a decent 5065 mAh battery.

The backside of the smartphone will feature a triple-camera setup consisting of a 64MP main shooter, an 8MP lens, and a 2MP camera. As for the selfie camera, it will be a 16MP front camera. The smartphone is likely to be launched in India in March 2022 and for its base model which will be 8GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage, the price will be set somewhere around INR. 29, 628. The smartphone may come in Black, Grey, and Bruce Lee Yellow colors.

Various sources have mentioned that the Redmi 10A will feature a 6.52-inches of a display screen that offers a resolution of 720x 1640 pixels. Under the hood, it will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 processor and will be offered in the base model of 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.

The backside of the smartphone will feature a dual-camera setup consisting of a 13MP main shooter, and 2MP lens, while the front side will feature a 5MP camera. The price range for this smartphone will be pocket-friendly. Redmi 10C, on the other hand, will be equipped with a 6.53-inches of IPS LCD display screen and it will run on Android 11. It will feature a quad-camera setup on its back and a 13MP selfie camera. It is expected that the pricing for this smartphone will start around USD200 – USD 300.

The POCO X4 NFC which also appeared on the EEC website features a 6.67-inches of display screen, and under the hood, it features MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G processor.

It will be offered in three memory variants: 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage, 8GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage, and 8GB of RAM with 256GB of internal storage. The back of the smartphone will feature a triple camera setup of a 108MP lens, an 8MP lens, and a 2MP lens.

The Redmi Note 11 4G reportedly will launch in India soon. The smartphone features a 6.5-inch of full-HD+ display screen which offers a 90Hz refresh rate.

It runs on a MediaTek Helio G88 SoC paired with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM. The smartphone comes with a triple rear camera setup (50MP+ 8MP+ 2MP), and an 8MP selfie camera. It will be offered in three memory variants: 4GB RAM+ 64GB storage, 4GB RAM+ 128GB storage, and 6GB RAM+ 128GB storage.

Very little is known about the Redmi 10C, but the company might launch the smartphone as the POCO C4 in India.
