Apple released a new version of its browser Safari

Must Read

Recently, Apple released Safari browser technology preview version 141, and many people opine that this could be a part of a big change taken by Apple when it comes to its trusted browser. The new Safari Technology Preview 141 is designed to fix bugs including Web Inspector, CSS, Forms, JavaScript, Experimental Model Element, Payment Request, Web Animations, Web API, WebAuthn, and Content Security Policy.

Safari’s latest launched preview version is aimed at developers; however, users need not have a developer’s account to use the preview version. The prerequisite condition, in this case, is that the users need to meet the conditions in the system preference software. Fulfilling the conditions set out by Apple, the users can simply download the new version of the Safari browser.

Previous reports had claimed that Apple will launch a new version of Safari and that the company will add a few new features to the browser. One of them was rumoured to be a per-website dark mode toggles. The dark mode would work just as the dark mode works on Android browsers. The reference of this feature was discovered on WebKit’s code. Reports also claimed that Safari will also come with a new feature that allows the users the option to either allow or block modal pop-ups for specific browsers.

Apart from launching the preview version 141 of the Safari browser, the Cali-based tech giant also sent out an invite for its upcoming conference which is scheduled to take place on March 8. Hosting a new event means that Apple is likely to introduce new products at the conference.

Some reports claimed that the new devices may include the new low-cost iPhone SE, iPad Air, and other Apple products. Some other reports also claim that Apple’s marketing director Greg Joswiak even hinted that Apple could also introduce 5G mobile phones at the upcoming conference.
