Xiaomi is all set to launch the Xiaomi 12 Pro in India; the company has been teasing the product for a few weeks in the country. Today, the official Twitter handle of Xiaomi has revealed the launch date of the handset. Xiaomi 12 Pro 5G will make its debut in India on April 27, 2022.
Informing about the same, Xiaomi posted, “The flagship of the future is coming home — #Xiaomi12Pro 5G is launching on 27.04.22! When we said we would get you “The Showstopper“, we meant it!” on Twitter.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro was debuted on March 15 in Homeland and had a global debut with Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12X. Ever since the product came out in China, the expectation for the handset has been skyrocketing in the country.
The new handset features Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, a 50MP triple camera setup, and a gleaming AMOLED display. The Chinese smartphone maker will launch the Xiaomi 12 Pro on April 27 in India. The handset will likely retain the features it got packed in China, and other global markets with minor refine.

The handset features a 6.73 inch AMOLED screen with a high 120Hz refresh rate. The phone runs in home-brewed MIUI 13 based on Android 12, powered with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage options. As we mentioned earlier, the device got fast charging capabilities of 120W for a 4,600mAh battery packed under the hood.
The design of the phone is utterly based on the engine placed under the sheath. Coming to the camera, the device features a 50MP triple camera setup mounted on the back cover with a bit of bump from the metal body to offer an outlandish outlook.
