In the big talks of gadgets, smartwatches are an important means of interest amongst all age groups. Be it kids or teenagers, adults or old age people out there, smartwatches are a catch for everyone. Amongst the leading brands like Apple, Huawei, Noise, and BoAt, Samsung never failed at creating its dominance in the market. Then what’s up with the Galaxy Watch 6? As per the sources, the Galaxy Watch 6 by Samsung has reportedly turned out to be a disappointment for buyers.

The device has terribly been failing at recording the sleep time of the possessor. Some customers also dropped complaints of not having any charts of calculations of their sleep time and other health metrics at all for the first few days, and then when the device started to record the stats, it was all horribly inaccurate and falsified.

A customer says, “I have recently got a Galaxy watch6 classic, LTE version. I have been using Samsung smartwatches to track my sleep and other health metrics for years. I am very much concerned this time that the sleep measured by the watch6 classic seems to be very inaccurate. The first day I used it, it didn’t record the sleep at all. Since the second day it started recording sleep but it seems to detect the sleep hours later than when I fall asleep.” The Watch 6 functioning seems to be worse than the Watch 5.

The theatre mode is said to disappear from the watch panel haphazardly, and to tackle the inconvenience; you’re supposed to control it from your cell phone, making the smartwatch absolutely futile for the users. Also, it wouldn’t acknowledge the mode is set up on your smartphone and throw constant alarms suggesting, “You don’t have any modes set up,” which could be highly annoying at the time. Conclusion: Watch 6 turns out to be a huge disappointment for Samsung customers. What have your experiences been like if you bought one, too? Will Samsung make any improvisations now, and will those measures help ease the frustration of customers? Do write to us and share your views through feedback.
